I took a look at the team stats for that game and it seems like he did not break the PIP rule. He did score 40 points in the paint however he also had 8 fastbreak points which means he had only 32 PIP points to this total 65. He just made it.

If he is breaking the fastbreak rule take proof of it after the game is done. You can easily upload videos from your game in the end game menus. You will have to go to gametrack and click the play in which he broke the rule and just upload the video up to the 2k servers. This way we can determine wheter the rule was broken and figure out how to resolve the issue.
