I agree with the 50% points in the paint, however 100% defense on ball is a bad one in my opinion. When running zone and different schemes that rule would help the offense out, that's in my opinion. What does everyone think?

I totally agree with the Points in Paint rule.

on ball D as in not allowed to just play passing lanes is good.
on ball D as in not allowed to run 1-3-1, 2-3, or 3-2 zone is bad.

A zone defense is not always an advantage.

Is the %50 rule necessary? Im kind of a newbie so just worried i'll have to shoot more than im comfortable with.
I definitely dont think the on ball d is necessary.

50% Point In The Paint seems like a rule that everyone agrees with and may not have to be taken to a vote. It may be put into place as soon as the league has drafted. If anyone has a problem with it please state it as soon as possible otherwise the rule will go into effect.

However the on ball defense will have to be placed on a league vote because not everyone agrees with it.

Poll for on ball defense will be coming soon.

(50% Points In The Paint rule encourages teams to also take shots during the game and not to just rely on driving to the basket. Makes the gameplay a lot more realistic and simulated.)

lol I don't think I have seen a shot hit the backboard and not the rim, except for half court heaves at the end of a quarter.

That would be a hilarious.
