20 Teams for 2nd season?

Should we make this league an 20 team league? If no please explain why not.

24 teams have not been active during the whole season. It's always a few guys that are usually on, and I will be loyal to those few. The second season will have a lot more features that will be difficult to implement if we have in-actives with in the league. What do you guys think?

I say no because the bigger the league the more talented players are spread around equally. The smaller the league the more stacked up teams u have .

I am tired of chasing 24 players to try and get their games in for the regular season. I will see if I can manage 20 players for the second season, if games are still not played then I will continue to bring the amount of teams down.

Boywonder you told me you were going to start getting games in and as soon as you enter the main league you started doing what you have always do.

Start getting some games in to even be invited into the second season.

yup, 20 teams, 40 regular season games, everyone plays every team atleast twice and only the active members will be asked to come back for season 2.

Sounds good to me.

To prevent stacked teams, the cap would be worth looking at.

well in the second season we will also have different game sliders and injury will also take effect. I also have new features being put into place that will make the season a lot more fun. It would be easier to have these features if there are active players in the league.

I have changed my vote to yes.
A smaller league is the way to go If we cant find enough active players.
The first 20 games were easy to play because ppl were always online. Now it seems like it is only the same ppl waiting to play and the games have stalled.

Definately need the salary cap for reduced Amoint of teams and I'm anxiously awaiting the fatigue sliders

how is it not good for the league? We are interested in active players to have a Quality league, i can care less about the quantity of owners that we have.

24 teams there should be 3-4 inactives always (2 teams that suck. Semi-active chat)
20 teams there should be 2 inactives (0 teams that suck, but a few stacked teams. Not active chat)

Therefore I am changing my vote to "NO".

I think you got the chat activity backwards

Maybe it is, why do you think it's backwards? I think that with 30 teams there would be more players, more people available to chat and play at all times of the day, and more trade activity.

20 sounds good right now cause right now I will most likely be stuck at around 30 games this season since there are about 6 inactive teams that I have to play that are never on.

We will keep the league at 24 teams for the following season. Lets hope its a lot more active than the first season.
